75 amax'S AND h4350, Good to 1K but especially effective in the 400 to 600 yd range

I called Nosler, he said they should work just fine in 9 tw. I shoot 50 gr. Ballistic tips in my 14 tw. 220 Swift and they shoot .375 groups...

You can anneal all you want but unless your powder charges are consistent, you'll never get the accuracy you need to get good groups at a longer...
Scale, you can use a socket and torch to anneal.
