Who makes that ? The bolt handle is the correct side for my usage. (Right eye injury.)
Now that is what I consider a truck gun , I have never been able to shooting flying food with a rifle. I have taken many Grouse with a small hole while they are budding at dusk...The old Savage has it all covered.OK, how about a beat around general purpose truck gun. That's a great collection right there . I would love to find a nice .222/20 gauge , have seen a few but they were too rough . Have you shot the .222 enough to have to have an idea of the accuracy potential ?I inherited three 24`s a year ago. .22lr/ 410, .22mag/ 410 and a .222/ 20 ga. Hi daleboy, Short answer is no. All three guns have an issue and it`s hard to get a smith in this area to work on them. Mostly because of the cost. But the good news is the .222 has the least issues. Broken buttplate and a missing selector button if I remember right.I will dig them out of storage and access. I`ll let you know how it shoots if or when I find some ammo. I do know my Dad shot turkeys and groundhogs with the .222.Have a good one and be safe. JeffThat's a great collection right there .
